in our stores. The navigation tree is dynamically generated to give you the most up to date view of our

| Searching |
You can use the search box on the left of every page to quickly search for a specific title, composer
or song. Simply type in the keyword and click Go.
- Although the search is not case sensitive, it is dependent on correct spelling
- Sometimes titles are spelled differently based on the publisher or the native language of the
composer. If you cannot find a particular piece try different spellings.
For example:
Different languages - Konzert instead of Concert
Spelling numbers - Five instead of 5
- To get a more precise search, use the advance search located below the search box.
If you still cannot find the title you are looking for, then fill out the
special order form and a Rideau Music representative will be
in contact with you shortly to inform you of that titles availability.

| Special Order |
If you still cannot find the title you are looking for fill out the special order form located
here or at the end of every section of the navigation tree. Rideau Music
specializes in music searching and ordering from 100's of publishers worldwide.

Special Orders will be researched and answered by email and if for music from an
overseas publisher, will be subject to a $10.00 CAD Overseas Import Fee. Due to the ever increasing cost
of importing music from overseas, there will be a $10.00 CAD fee per publisher, applied to all music
orders that contain music from overseas, when that music is out of stock and has to be ordered from an
overseas publisher.

| Adding a Product to your Shopping Cart |
Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, click on the Add to Shopping Cart button. You can
edit or delete any items from your shopping cart by using the shopping cart link at the top right corner of the
page. Beside the shopping cart link is a cumulative total of all items in your shopping cart excluding shipping
and handling, and applicable taxes.

Your shopping cart will be saved for a period 2 hours when you leave the site. This is done through the use
of cookies that store a small data file on your computer so that Rideaumusic.com can
remember you and your settings when you return.

| Check Out |
When you are ready to purchase your items, click on the Check Out link located on the shopping cart. If you
are not in the shopping cart then use the My Shopping Cart link at the top of the page. You will be asked to
enter your email and password to access your saved information. If it's your first time purchasing from
Rideaumusic.com, then you will need to create a login account. To create an account enter your email and choose
a password.

Do not worry if you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Forgot Password" link, fill in your
email and your password will be sent to your email address almost immediately.
On the Options page you can add and edit your billing and shipping address information. Also you can choose
your shipping method and add your credit card information.

The Order Summary page will give you the details of your purchase, including the total amount billed to
you. Review this page and use the links provided to make any changes. Once you are satisfied with the order,
print the page for your own records and press the Purchase button.

The next page will confirm your order and will provide you with your order number that you should keep for
future reference.

| Changes in Availability |
Occasionally, a publisher notifies us that an item ordered is back-ordered, temporarily out-of print, not
yet released, or discontinued. Should any sheet music you order be cancelled or back-ordered, we will inform you
by email or by a note in your shipment.
|
If an item is no longer available, that item will be cancelled from your order and the remaining items will
be shipped. You will be charged only for the shipped items and shipping charges will be reduced if
appropriate.
|
For Canadian orders that include publications that are temporarily unavailable, that item is automatically
put on back-order and shipped to you the moment it arrives at our store. You will not be charged shipping for
the back-ordered product.
|
All orders Outside of Canada must be shipped as one order. If an item is temporarily unavailable then the
shipment will not be sent until the entire order is available for shipping.

| Order Status |
After you have placed your order, you can track it by using the Order Status link located at the top right
corner of the page.

| Canceling Orders |
You can cancel your order at anytime by hitting the Cancel button before you finish the Checkout process.
Once your order has been processed you may still cancel the order if it has not been shipped and if it is not
a special order.
To cancel an order before it is shipped you must contact us via email and include the order number. Or you can
call 1.800.661.6874 from anywhere in North America, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:30pm, Mountain
Standard Time (MST).

Remember, you can make changes to your order right up until you click on the Purchase button.

| Returns |
Due to the nature of printed music, we generally cannot take any returns unless defective. In the case of a
defect, the defect must be explained in writing and included with the returned package. If you find that
your instrumental, classical or supplementary materials prove unsuitable, to see if they may qualify for a
return, please email us at custservice@rideaumusic.com or call us toll free
at 1 800 661-6874. The purchase price will be refunded to your credit card once we have received and examined the returned
items. All returned products must be in the original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, and in unused
condition. Educational cassettes and CD's must be in the original, manufacturer's shrink-wrap. Any CD’s or cassettes
that are packaged within books must be returned unopened.
Please note that popular music and special request orders are never refundable, unless defective. In the case of
a defect, the defect must be explained in writing and included with the returned package.

| On Approval |
Studio teachers, choir directors and educators may qualify for on-approval purchases by mail order if
they are unable to peruse our music resources in person. Materials may be purchased for perusal from the
following categories only: choral octavos (A minimim of 2 copies is required for all choral orders), school
musicals, classroom resources and instrumental methods. Within 30 days, up to 50% of on-approval purchases
may be returned for credit.
