The purchase price will be refunded to your credit card once we have received and examined the returned items. All returned products must be in the original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt, and in unused condition. Educational cassettes and CD's must be in the original, manufacturer's shrinkwrap.

| Please note that popular music and special request orders are not refundable, unless defective. In the case of a defect, the defect must be explained in writing and included with the returned package. |
