Q. What if I can’t find the sheet music title I’m looking for?

There are multiple ways to find music titles on Rideaumusic.com, visit the shopping info section for tips on searching or fill out a special order form.

Q. How do I place a special request?

Rideau Music is in contact with over 400 publishers worldwide, and has a considerable reputation for locating obscure sheet and printed music titles. By filling in a special order form, you will have access to our excellent research department. All special requests will be answered by email.

Q. Can I use my "Rideau Charge Account"?

Due to administrative constraints, we cannot accept payment via a Rideau charge account.

Q. How fast will I get my music?

In-stock orders received by noon MST will be shipped the same day. Out-of-stock items will be included with our special request orders and will be sent once we have received them from the publishers (usually 2-3 weeks). For information on shipping times and rates visit the shipping info section

Q. How can I keep track of my order after I’ve made a purchase?

You can access information on your previous purchases by using the Order Status button at the top of the page and logging in. This page will let you know if your order is waiting fulfillment, is being processed or has been shipped.

Q. How do I change my personal information?

You can log in to view and edit your personal information by clicking on the Profile link at the bottom of the page. You can do this at any time during your visit to Rideaumusic.com or you can adjust your information at the time of your next purchase.

Q. Can I order from Rideaumusic.com and then pick up my purchase at a physical store?

Yes. You can pick up your purchase from our downtown Calgary location free of charge. Simply choose the "hold for pickup" shipping method on the options page when checking out and then stop by our store in 2 business days to get your order. The address for our downtown location is 110 - 11th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta T2R 0B8.

Q. I just switched to Netscape 6 or 7, why does the navigation look different?

Netscape 6 and 7 use different methods for viewing websites and do not adequately support our navigation structure. For Netscape 6 and 7 we use a default text link navigation that gives you access to all our products.
